We want to make your life a little easier, and get your package to you safely and quickly.
We'll ship your purchase to the Jared store of your choice - for free. Pick it up at your convenience, and get advice and answers from our jewelry pros.
- You'll get an email when your purchase arrives at your chosen location.
- You have 7 days from the day we sent the email to pick up your purchase.
- After 7 days, your order will be sent back to Jared.com, and we'll credit your original payment method.
- Only you can pick up your order - we'll ask you to sign for it with a valid photo ID. We want to make sure only you get the merchandise you ordered and paid for.
- Some merchandise may be excluded.
Same-Day Delivery with Roadie
Need your jewelry fast and can't get away? Our friends at Roadie have you covered? Shop your local Jared online and place your order by 1 p.m. Local Time get it delivered today without having to leave home! Great for last-minute birthday shopping, anniversaries that pop up, or grabbing a holiday gift.

Ship to a UPS Access Point™
Looking for a secure, flexible delivery option? You can have your package shipped to a UPS Access Point near you.
- Available for most orders $5,000 or less.
- Simply choose a UPS Access Point near you and select your preferred shipping method.
- We’ll deliver your order to the UPS Access Point you chose and email you a pickup code when your item is ready.
- When you get to your UPS Access Point, show your pickup code to collect your package.
- You’ll have 7 days from delivery to pickup your order, after which UPS will send it back to us.
- For your security, merchandise orders $1000 or over require an adult signature.
Tracking Your Order
We'll send you an email - and a text if you choose that option - with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. The number can also be found on the Order Status page on Jared.com. You can also use the tracking number on your carrier's website.
Estimated Delivery Date
We've calculated the estimated delivery date for your purchase. The Estimated Delivery Date for each item will appear on the individual product information pages, in the Shopping Bag, throughout the Checkout process, and in the Order Confirmation.
However, there are some factors that may cause your estimated delivery date to change:
- Delays in credit approval
- Weather delays
- Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
- APO/FPO/DPO orders going through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA)
The Estimated Delivery Date DOES take the following into account:
- Additional time needed for ring sizing
- The time needed to create your personalized and special ordered items
- Items shipping from different locations on different days*
- Shipping method you selected in checkout**
*All merchandise orders may ship from different locations on different days.
**The Estimated Delivery Date on individual product pages will default to ground shipping or any shipping promotions current at the time of the order. Selecting alternate shipping methods may change the Estimated Delivery Date. You may also have multiple Estimated Delivery Dates within one order or several items.
