If you do not receive your card after 10 business days, please call Comenity Bank at 1-888-832-8415(TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788) to request another card. For other lender Credit Card Accounts, your card will arrive in the mail 7-10 business days from the date you opened your account. If you do not receive your card after 10 business days, please call (800-228-9143) to request another card.
