Watches may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Exchanges must be done at a store. Watches that haven't been special ordered and accessories can be returned if they're unworn or unaltered, and must be accompanied by the original packaging, instructions and warranty information within 30 days of purchase. Again, exchanges can only be done at a store. You can't return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered watches, any personalized engraved merchandise, or any Pandora items purchased on or after 2/1/2021. We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.
Malachite requires special care. Avoid heat, chemicals, ultrasonic and steam cleaning, and contact with perfumes and lotions. Gently clean using a soft cloth.
The glass bead jewelry is hand-crafted with the utmostcare and slight variation may exist between pieces. Jewelry should be removed when working out, showering, or applying lotion, makeup, or perfume. When items are not being worn, please store each piece separately in individual pouches to avoid scratches or tangling. When cleaning your glass bead jewelry, you should avoid bleach, oils or chemicals of any type and do not submerge in water to soak, simply use warm water and a non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Glass beads can be brittle and may break or chip if subjected to hard impacts, dropped from significant heights or bending the structure of the piece. Handle with care to avoid damage.
