Again, exchanges can only be done at a store. You can't return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered watches, any personalized engraved merchandise, or any Pandora items purchased on or after 2/1/2021. We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.
Emeralds may be subject to an enhancement process using wax, oil or resin, which may not be permanent and require special care. Gently clean by rinsing in warm water and drying with a soft cloth. Avoid sudden temperature changes, steaming, chemicals and ultrasonic cleaning.
This item is electroplated with rhodium or finished with an e-coating. These finishes may wear off with frequent use. Ask a jewelry consultant for details.
