Watches that haven't been special ordered and accessories can be returned if they're unworn or unaltered, and must be accompanied by the original packaging, instructions and warranty information within 30 days of purchase. Again, exchanges can only be done at a store. Ceramic is a highly durable, lightweight, and scratch-resistant material. It is hypoallergenic and retains its color and finish over time. Ceramic bands are easy to maintain. Clean with mild soap and water, then dry with a soft cloth. Avoid exposing the band to harsh chemicals, including bleach and chlorine. Ceramic is highly scratch-resistant but not entirely scratch-proof. Normal wear and tear may result in minor surface scratches over time. Although durable, ceramic can be brittle and may break or chip if subjected to hard impacts or dropped from significant heights. Handle with care to avoid damage.
Due to the unique pattern of trees, a wood inlay/sleeve will be completely unique, showcasing the natural beauty and variations in grain and color. To maintain the appearance of your wedding band with a wood inlay and/or sleeve, clean it with a damp cloth and mild soap. The wood inlay and/or sleeve is not waterproof. Avoid soaking the band in water or using harsh chemicals, including chlorine and bleach, as they can damage the wood. Normal wear and tear may result in minor surface scratches or changes in appearance over time.
