Watches that haven't been special ordered and accessories can be returned if they're unworn or unaltered, and must be accompanied by the original packaging, instructions and warranty information within 30 days of purchase. Again, exchanges can only be done at a store. You can't return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered watches, any personalized engraved merchandise, or any Pandora items purchased on or after 2/1/2021. Black Zirconium is a durable, lightweight, and hypoallergenic metal. It undergoes a heating process that creates its distinctive black finish, that does not require replating or polishing as its dark color is permanent. To maintain the appearance of your Black Zirconium band, avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, including chlorine and bleach. Clean with mild soap and water, and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. While Black Zirconium is scratch-resistant, it is not scratch-proof. Normal wear and tear may result in minor surface scratches over time. Black Zirconium is highly durable and resistant to corrosion. However, excessive force or impact may cause damage.
Due to the unique pattern of trees, a wood inlay/sleeve will be completely unique, showcasing the natural beauty and variations in grain and color. To maintain the appearance of your wedding band with a wood inlay and/or sleeve, clean it with a damp cloth and mild soap. The wood inlay and/or sleeve is not waterproof. Avoid soaking the band in water or using harsh chemicals, including chlorine and bleach, as they can damage the wood. Normal wear and tear may result in minor surface scratches or changes in appearance over time.
