Again, exchanges can only be done at a store. You can't return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered watches, any personalized engraved merchandise, or any Pandora items purchased on or after 2/1/2021. Emeralds may be subject to an enhancement process using wax, oil or resin, which may not be permanent and require special care. Gently clean by rinsing in warm water and drying with a soft cloth. Avoid sudden temperature changes, steaming, chemicals and ultrasonic cleaning.
