Returns & Exchanges
Your online purchase may be returned to any of our stores or returned by mail to our distribution center. You can return your item for up to 30 days after purchase or exchange it within 30 days. Watches may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Exchanges must be done at a store. Watches that haven't been special ordered and accessories can be returned if they're unworn or unaltered, and must be accompanied by the original packaging, instructions and warranty information within 30 days of purchase. Again, exchanges can only be done at a store. You can't return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered watches, any personalized engraved merchandise, or any Pandora items purchased on or after 2/1/2021. We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.

CUT
A diamond's cut influences how it captures and reflects light, creating the sparkle, brilliance, and fire it is known for. Graded from Excellent to Poor, cut is one of the most important factors in a diamond's overall beauty. COLOR
Diamond color measures the amount of color present within a stone. Graded on a scale from D to Z, diamonds at the top of the scale appear more colorless, while those farther down may display subtle warmth. Even slight variations in color can influence a diamond's overall look and character.
CLARITY
Clarity measures the natural characteristics found within a diamond. Graded on a scale from Flawless (FL) to Included (I), clarity indicates the visibility of these features under magnification. These naturally occurring details contribute to each diamond's individual beauty and character.
CARAT
Often mistaken for size, carat actually measures a diamond's weight. Total carat weight (T.W.) represents the combined weight of all diamonds in a piece and helps define its overall presence, creating a look that can range from understated elegance to bold brilliance.
