1. Sweepstakes Period: The Jared Rate & Review Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Sunday, November 1, 2020, at 12:00 AM ET through its close at 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, December 31, 2021 ("Sweepstakes Period").

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), who are 18 years of age or older, as of date of Sweepstakes Entry (as defined below). Employees of Sterling Jewelers Inc. ("Sponsor"), and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and members of the Immediate Family (as defined below) of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. This Sweepstakes shall be construed and evaluated solely according to United States law and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, visit http://www.jared.com ("website") and write a product review for any of the products shown. Click the opt-in checkbox to enter the review in the Write a Review template. The product review must be posted in accordance with the Jared.com Terms of Use. Clicking the opt-in checkbox at the time of posting your review during the Sweepstakes Period constitutes your agreement to these Official Rules. Entries will not be judged. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per month per person/email address.

All Sweepstakes Entries will be referred to as "Entries". All Entries must be complete to be eligible. All Entries must be posted to Jared.com by 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of each month through December 31, 2021 to be eligible for that month's prize.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: All Entries must be in English. Sweepstakes Entry must be your sole, original creation. The person uploading the Sweepstakes Entry will be deemed the Entrant (the "Entrant"). Entries received in excess of the limitation will be void and disqualify that Entrant. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned, and Sponsor will not verify receipt of Entries. Proof of Sweepstakes Entry is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By entering, you understand that your Sweepstakes Entry, in its entirety or any portion thereof, may (in Sponsor's sole discretion) be posted on the Sponsor's websites and/or used in other Sponsor-selected media, and may be posted on other non-affiliated websites. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. If entering via mobile device, normal phone/data and usage charges imposed by your phone service may apply. Standard data rates may apply if entering via mobile device. Entries must be in keeping with Sponsor's image, or they will be disqualified. The Sweepstakes Entry may not contain obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or inappropriate text; and may not include reference to nudity, acts of violence, acts that appear to cause injury or harm, or acts that are illegal or dangerous, as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. Entries (excluding any content that has been re-posted or shared) may not contain any third party. Entrant has not won rights to, and Sweepstakes Entry may not contain any materials that violate or infringe (or may be at risk of infringing), any third- party rights, including without limitation copyright, trademark rights, privacy rights (including portrayal in a false light), publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights. Entries should not contain brand names (other than Jared or the product being reviewed) or other personal or proprietary materials of any entity or person living or deceased. Sponsor has the sole discretion to determine whether an entry qualifies as a Sweepstakes Entry. Any entry not in compliance with the above and which does not meet the requirements of these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor and its designees shall have the right to edit, publish and use the Entries in any way and in any media for trade, advertising, promotional, and/or other purposes as Sponsor and/or its designees may determine without further compensation to Entrants or any third party. By entering, you agree to waive any rights, including intellectual property rights, you may have to the Sweepstakes Entry submitted.

Prize and Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): One (1) Monthly Prize Winner ("Winner") will receive a $150 Jared gift card (ARV: $150) awarded to a Winner each month from November, 2020 through December, 2021. Prize is nontransferable. No substitution or cash equivalent prize is permitted. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use and may be issued a 1099 for the value of the prize.

3. Winner Selection/Odds: On or about the last day of each month beginning November, 2020 and ending December, 2021, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received throughout the prior month. Drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The potential winner will be contacted by the Sponsor via email and/or by phone. The potential winner will then be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) and Assignment of Rights within seven (7) days of notification or his/her Sweepstakes Entry will be disqualified. If Notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if the Entrant fails to return the required verification documents from his/herself or respond within the required time frame, said Entrant will be disqualified. If the potential winner is found to be ineligible or if they do not comply with the Official Rules, said Entrant will be disqualified. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above, an alternate may be selected in the same manner for the applicable Winner as described above. The Winner will then be sent their prize via email within 6-8 weeks after Winner verification. Odds of winning the Prize are dependent upon the number of eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

4. Publicity: Where permitted by law, Sweepstakes Entry constitutes Winner's consent to Sponsor and its agents' to the printing, publication, broadcasting, distributing, and use of Winner's name, likeness, photograph, Sweepstakes Entry and/or personal information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration or, notice, review, or consent.

5. Terms & Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the potential winner from all eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor unless no Entries have been received and then the prize will go unawarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sponsor or website or violates these Rules.

6. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Entrant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represents and warrants that Entrant meets the eligibility requirements. In addition, Entrant agrees to accept the decisions of Sponsor. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding as they relate to the content of this Sweepstakes.

7. Limitation of Liability: By entering, Entrant agrees to release Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of prize thereof; (ii) faulty, technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing and selection of Entries.

8. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without respect to conflict of laws doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in city, state and county of Ohio having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

9. Privacy Policy: Entrants' personal details may be used by Sponsor in accordance with their privacy policy located jared.com.

12. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and where prohibited by law.
