This convertible key necklace features a cushion-cut lab-created sapphire traced in white lab-created sapphires set in sterling silver. Convertibilities® offer multiple styling options with just one necklace: the pendant separates into two pieces: one with blue and white lab-created sapphires, the other a key accented with lab-created white sapphires and a ribbon of 10K yellow gold.
