When I first saw the commercial from Jarad on television advertising the Open Hearts I was struck by the way Jane Seymour described her creation. This was several years ago. But the commercial did not show the elegance and beauty when I finally saw it for the first time last month in person. So simple, but stunning. I hope to someday buy the diamond open hears necklace and pass this one on to my granddaughter.

I was very suprised to see the bad reviews on this product. I got my necklace about 6 months ago and i still wear it and love it! It hasn't tarnished or broken at all! I would recommend this to anyone! I'm very suprised at the two people who got terrible necklaces, mine is still as fabulous as when I first bought it!

My fiance bought me this neckalce for Valentines Day and a month later it was tarnished! I cleaned the necklace with appropriate cleaner and it looked good for about a day and tarnished again! I can't wear it now because it looks so bad.

I purchased this necklace for my wife for Christmas. She was happy with it at first, but two weeks later it was gathering dust on the dresser. The clasp completely fell apart on the chain, making the necklace useless.
In my opinion, the design is clever, but the craftsmanship is terrible, and unless they replaced the clasp with something more sturdy, I wouldn't recommend the purchase of this product.
