Again, exchanges can only be done at a store. You can't return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered watches, any personalized engraved merchandise, or any Pandora items purchased on or after 2/1/2021. Jade is commonly subject to an enhancement process such as coating with colorless wax, which may not be permanent and may require special care. Gently clean by rinsing in warm water and drying with a soft cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaning.
