Returns and Exchange Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. You can return or exchange your item at any Jared store for up to 30 days after purchase (shipped).* We can handle a return at Jared.com but exchanges must be done at one of our stores.


  • Watches not special-ordered and accessories can be returned if they're unworn or unaltered, and must be accompanied by the original packaging, instructions and warranty information to a Jared store or Jared.com. Again, exchanges can only be done at a Jared store.
  • You can't return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered watches, charitable donations, or any Pandora items purchased on or after 2/1/2021.
  • We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.

Preparing Your Return By Mail

To return a shipped item to Jared.com, please follow these steps:
  • Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason column on the packing slip next to the item you're returning.
  • Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
  • Put the pre-printed return label on the center of the box, and the pre-printed return address label on the top left corner of the box. This is not a pre-paid label.
  • Ship your package with a paid return label and insured for the full purchase price. This return label can be purchased at any UPS, FedEx or USPS package delivery provider.
  • Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
  • All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
  • We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.

Jared.com isn't responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.


Our Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special ordered watches, custom designs, gift cards and merchandise received via the Jewelry Replacement Plan. Jewelry must be in good condition and watches unworn, unaltered and accompanied by original packaging, warranty and instructions. Prior to returning a smartwatch, we require the removal, un-syncing and deletion of all data stored on the product.
 

All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase.
Credit and Debit Cards – The same account will be credited.
Check – A refund check will be issued from our corporate office and mailed within 21 days. Any returned customer check is subject to a service charge.
Cash – When funds are unavailable or cash refund amount is greater than $500, a refund check will be issued from our corporate office and mailed within 21 days.
Gift Card – Refunds will be given in the form of a new gift card. Gift cards cannot be returned (except where required by law).
Trade-Ins - You will receive either your original trade-in or similar merchandise.

Exchanges Accompanied by a Gift Receipt – You may return your item for a gift card or exchange for merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. This excludes purchases made with Progressive Lease.

CLEARANCE PRICING POLICY – Ticketed prices refer to the original ticketed price of the merchandise and may not have resulted in sales. Intermediate markdowns may have been taken before the clearance prices shown. Clearance merchandise may have been included in previous promotions. Clearance prices are available for as long as inventory exists.
