Lifetime Diamond and Color Gemstone Guarantee

We will replace†, free of charge*, any diamond, emerald, ruby or sapphire covered by
this Guarantee if it chips, breaks, or is lost from its original setting during normal wear.

In order for your Diamond and Gemstone Guarantee to remain in effect, you must have your diamond and/or gemstone inspected and have the inspection documented every 6 months by an authorized representative. In addition, all necessary repairs must be completed by our representatives.

*This includes the labor and materials necessary to set the replacement diamond or gemstone.

Mounting Guarantee

For twelve months from the date of purchase, we guarantee the mounting for your diamond, emerald, ruby or sapphire against all defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period.

Creating a Masterpiece

Our diamonds and color gemstones are cut and polished by master craftsmen whose skill makes your stone beautiful and brilliant. Furthermore, we guarantee the accurate carat weight of your stone and the gold content of your mounting.

Lifetime Diamond Trade-In Policy

You may trade in your diamond (excluding lab-created diamonds) for another diamond (excluding lab-created diamonds) at least double the trade-in value. The trade-in value is the original purchase price, excluding charges such as tax and shipping. Color gemstone and lab-created diamond jewelry are not eligible for trade-in. Trade-ins of in-store and online purchases are accepted at most Jared^® The Galleria Of Jewelry locations. (Trade-ins are not accepted on Previously Owned Treasures or at jared.com.)

Free Lifetime Cleaning and Inspections

Bring your diamond or color gemstone jewelry into any Jared^® The Galleria Of Jewelry location as often as you wish for free professional cleaning and inspection. (Cleaning and inspections are not available at jared.com.)

Return and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your in-store purchase, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days at any Jared store. Accessories and watches in original condition (unworn and unaltered) and accompanied by the original packaging, instructions, and warranty documents, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any Jared store. Custom designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered watches, temporary tattoos, and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged. In-store purchases may not be returned or exchanged at Jared.com.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY

With a little care, your jewelry will look spectacular for a lifetime. Bring it to us any time to have it cleaned FREE. Between visits, you can clean your diamond, ruby or sapphire using a commercial jewelry cleaning solution or lukewarm soapy water and a small bristle brush. Just be sure to rinse your jewelry thoroughly to maintain its brilliance.

Emeralds should ONLY be cleaned using a soft, dry cloth.

Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, cleaning, sleeping, doing rough work or handling chemicals -- including hair care products and perfume.

Do not expose gemstones to sudden temperature changes, which may cause cracks.

Store each piece of jewelry separately to prevent them from scratching each other.
