If returning merchandise purchased by:
Credit Card or In-Store Charge Account
The same account will be credited
Personal Check
A refund check will be issued from our corporate offices and mailed within 14 days of the return date. Any returned customer check is subject to a service charge.
Cash Payments
When funds are available, cash refunds will be given. When funds are unavailable, a refund check will be issued from our corporate offices and mailed within 4 days of the return date.
Trade-Ins
You will receive either the original trade-in or an item of like or similar merchandise.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days to any Jared The Galleria Of Jewelry location or jared.com. You may also exchange it within 30 days of purchase at any Jared The Galleria Of Jewelry location.* Accessories and watches must be in original condition (unworn and unaltered). Watches must be accompanied by original packaging, instructions and warranty documents. Special ordered watches, custom designed merchandise, items engraved with personalized information and class rings cannot be returned or exchanged. Merchandise received via the Jewelry Replacement Plan cannot be returned. *Exchanges are not accepted at jared.com.
