From the distinctive stainless steel bracelet crafted with alternating brushed and polished links to the gleaming silver-tone dial with hand-applied luminescent indexes and date calendar, this TAG Heuer Carrera men's watch reflects the perfect marriage of form and function that defines the Carrera series. The high-performance Calibre 1887 automatic chronograph movement, powered by 39 jewels and vibrating at 28,800 times per hour, has a 50-hour power reserve. The chronograph starts in less than 1/500 of a second, engaging a unique bidirectional automatic rewinding system. The works are housed in a stainless steel case with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and exhibition case back. This fine timepiece is water-resistant to 100 meters.

ANALOG

A type of watch display featuring a dial and hands, rather than a digital numeric display.
WATER RESISTANT

The feature of a watch that denies water and moisture from penetrating inside its case. No watch is completely waterproof, but several can withstand rain and splashing. Water resistance is measured in ATMs (atmospheric pressure). This number is usually printed on the back of the case.

What is the difference between a quartz movement and a self-winding movement!

The normal daily action of moving your arm is sufficient to keep a self-winding movement activated or the watch can be placed in a watch winder to maintain accurate time.
