Your Shipping Choices

We want to make your life a little easier, and get your package to you safely and quickly.


For in-stock items that don't need sizing or personalization:

  • Orders placed and payment approved by 2:00 PM Monday - Friday ET will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on Saturday, Sundays or holidays will ship no later than the next business day pending payment approval.
  • Business days are Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Additional time will be required for orders requiring ring sizing, special orders, personalized items and Design-A-Ring orders. This additional time is reflected in the Estimated Arrival date on the individual product information pages, in the shopping bag and throughout the checkout process.

Ship to a Store

We'll ship your purchase to the Jared store of your choice - for free. Pick it up at your convenience, and get advice and answers from our jewelry pros.

  • Your purchase will be shipped UPS 2nd Business Day AirĀ®;
  • You'll get an email when your purchase arrives at your chosen location.
  • You have 30 days from the day we sent the email to pick up your purchase.
  • After 30 days, your order will be sent back to Jared.com, and we'll credit your original payment method.
  • Only you can pick up your order - we'll ask you to sign for it with a valid photo ID. We want to make sure only you get the merchandise you ordered and paid for.
  • Some merchandise may be excluded.
  • Sorry, we can't ship to Jared Vault locations.

Ship to Your Door

You can have your package shipped directly to you.

  • If you're shipping to a US street address, we'll use UPS.
  • Delivery to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address will be by the US Postal Service via Priority Mail, though APO/FPO addresses may also go through the Military Postal Service (which will increase shipping time).
  • Merchandise orders of $1,000 or over will only be shipped to the billing address for the method of payment you choose.
  • You must sign for purchases of $1,000 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

We'll send you an email - and a text if you choose that option - with your tracking number and estimated arrival date. The number can also be found on the Order Status page on Jared.com. You can also use the tracking number on your carrier's website.

Estimated Arrival Date

We've calculated the estimated arrival date for your purchase. The Estimated Arrival Date for each item will appear on the individual product information pages, in the Shopping Bag, throughout the Checkout process, and in the Order Confirmation.

However, there are some factors that may cause your estimated arrival date to change:

  • Delays in credit approval
  • Weather delays
  • Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
  • APO/FPO/DPO orders going through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA)


The Estimated Arrival Date DOES take the following into account:

  • Additional time needed for ring sizing
  • The time needed to create your personalized and special ordered items
  • Items shipping from different locations on different days*
  • Shipping method you selected in checkout**


*All merchandise orders may ship from different locations on different days.


**The Estimated Arrival Date on individual product pages will default to ground shipping or any shipping promotions current at the time of the order. Selecting alternate shipping methods may change the Estimated Arrival Date. You may also have multiple Estimated Arrival Dates within one order or several items.
